Terms of service

Poivre Paris is operated by Poivre LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Poivre," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of poivreparis.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions
"Customer," "you," "your" means any individual or entity that accesses the Site or places an order.
"Products" means any goods offered for sale on the Site.
"Order" means a request to purchase Products submitted through the Site's checkout process.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an Order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Order Formation
3.1 Product listings.

Descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer by Poivre. Listings are subject to change without notice, including due to errors, pricing mistakes, or stock availability.

3.2 Placing an order.

When you complete checkout and submit payment, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any Order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock — prior to shipment.

3.3 Order changes and cancellations.

We process and ship Orders quickly and generally cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an Order is placed. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible; accommodation is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Pricing.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars by default, with the option to view prices in other currencies at checkout for your convenience. Amounts displayed in a currency other than U.S. dollars are estimates based on exchange rates that may fluctuate; your payment provider will determine the final charged amount and applicable conversion rate. Listed prices are inclusive of applicable U.S. taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and disclosed at checkout, nor any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable to international orders (see Section 5.4).

4.2 Payment.

Full payment is due at the time of Order placement. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4.3 Pricing errors.

In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and issue a full refund, even if the Order has been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Processing time.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding sale periods, which may require additional processing time.

5.2 Delivery estimates.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout or on our Shipping page are estimates only. Once an Order has left our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines, as these depend on the carrier.

5.3 Risk of loss.

Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims for packages lost in transit.

5.4 International orders, duties, and taxes.

For international shipments, the Customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the Order total and may be collected by the carrier prior to or upon delivery. We recommend reviewing your country's customs policies before placing an Order.

5.5 Address accuracy.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for Orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 Standard returns.

Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee per returned package.

• To initiate a return, contact us at ~[support@poivreparis.com]~ within 14 days of receiving your Order.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all original tags and materials included.

• Orders and items marked final sale or sample sale are not eligible for return.

6.2 Defective or damaged items.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and waive the handling fee for verified defective or damaged items.

6.3 Exchanges.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this Section and place a new Order.

6.4 Refund processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time following our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Poivre LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in Section 6, Products are sold "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poivre disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poivre LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from any Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Products giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poivre LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11.3 Informal resolution.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [support@poivreparis.com] so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
