When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Preorders ship by the date listed on the product page. If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, everything ships together once all items are available.

Can I modify my order?

Orders are processed and shipped quickly, so we can't guarantee cancellations or changes once placed.

For same-day cancellations, email us at support@poivreparis.com immediately with your order number and cancellation request, and we'll do what we can.

What is your shipping policy?

Free standard shipping (5–14 business days) is available on all orders over $200.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, plus a $15 handling fee per package. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@poivreparis.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We don't currently offer exchanges — if you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

What happens to a free gift if I make a return?

Free gifts come with qualifying purchases. If a return drops your order below that qualifying threshold, we may ask for the gift back too. Exact handling can vary depending on the situation, at our team's discretion.

Materials & Care

How do I care for stainless steel?

Wipe down after use with a soft cloth and warm water. For fingerprints or light residue, a small amount of mild dish soap works fine — always dry thoroughly afterward to prevent water spots and streaking.


For a deeper clean or stuck-on grime, use a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft sponge, wiping in the direction of the grain (never against it, which can dull the finish or leave visible scratching). Avoid steel wool, abrasive powders, or harsh chemical cleaners like bleach and chlorine-based products, which can pit or discolor the surface over time.


To keep it looking polished, a few drops of mineral oil or a dedicated stainless steel polish on a dry cloth will restore shine and help resist future fingerprints and water spots.


Avoid soaking stainless steel items for extended periods, and hand wash when possible — dishwashers can dull the finish and cause spotting from mineral buildup.

What is your warranty policy?

Due to the fragile nature of home and kitchen products, we don't offer a traditional warranty. That said, if your item arrives defective, we'll repair or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

This doesn't cover normal wear and tear such as scuffs, chips, peeling, staining, or other appearance changes that don't affect how the product functions.
