Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee per package. All returns must be shipped in unused condition, in original packaging, with the dust bag included and original tag attached. Prior authorization is required for all returns.Final sale and sample sale items are not eligible for return. Gift cards are final sale. We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. Refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@poivreparis.com with your order number and return request within 14 days of delivery.
2. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning your item(s).
3. Ship your return using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of the item being received at our warehouse.
Gift with Purchase
Free gifts are awarded with qualifying purchases. If a return brings your order below the qualifying threshold, the free gift may also need to be returned. Final handling may vary based on the situation, at our team's discretion.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received, the item will undergo a quality check to confirm its condition. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing, plus 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping, insurance, and duties (if any) are non-refundable. Returns on items purchased as part of a set or with a quantity discount will be adjusted accordingly.
Excessive Returns & Policy Enforcement
We monitor return activity and may flag accounts showing excessive or high-risk return behavior, including frequent returns or patterns suggesting misuse of this policy. Affected accounts may be subject to additional review or restrictions on future returns. Customers will be notified if their account is affected.
Order Issues
If there's an issue with an item you received, email support@poivreparis.com with photos of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping and handling fees are waived for defective or incorrect items.
